Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition

Through the work of AIFS-funded researchers, a newly published review study on "A Perspective on Data Sharing in Digital Food Safety Systems"

"The challenges associated with sharing of food safety data in the food industry and solutions involving algorithms" was recently published in Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition. We are excited to recognize the work of Renata Ivanek-Miojevic, Martin Wiedmann, and Qing Zhao.
