SIGNIFICANCE

This project will pioneer how AI can help this demographic through a pilot that seeks to collect data for the development of targeted dietary interventions to improve nutrient status and health outcomes in food pantry cliental. Initial project goals include an assessment of current food distributions on client nutrient status and health, while developing predictive models to aid in targeted nutrition.

GOALS

This project aims to (a) map out the process flow and key pain points of food banks, (b) develop a pilot AI solution for better, more nutritious and personalized food distribution, (c) create a platform to measure impact of food intervention to FB clients.
