Ivor Prado is a Food Engineer with over 15 years of experience in research and product development in the food and energy industries. His diverse technical background, combined with his experience in writing industry-university cooperative research proposals, enables him to effectively communicate with both scientific and public audiences. As a Grant and Science Writer, Ivor focuses on writing exciting project proposals to support innovative research with AIFS collaborators. Ivor holds both a B.Sc and M.Sc. in food engineering.
