Christie Waisum Ng
AIFS Program Assistant
A proud UC Davis Aggie, Waisum Ng spent the majority of her career in the consumer-packaged goods space with roles spanning from product development, food safety, regulatory compliance, to market expansion in both the Food and Personal Care Industry. In her free time, she explores culinary properties of ancient grain in familiar formats in an effort to broaden its appeal to the mass market.
She is passionate about the integration of AI/ML towards the advancement of food security, safety, and traceability in addressing the vulnerabilities in current and future food system. She joins AIFS as the Program Assistant.
